This program’s goal is the professional support and designation of Chef Cook’s specialty that complies with specified quality rules. A certified Cook Chef knows the kitchen’s structure of a feeding unit and after the completion of the program possesses all the necessary knowledge and skills required to work in a professional kitchen environment.

CCC refers to who ever wishes to start a carrier in the field of Cooking Art and covers all necessary knowledge and skills required to do so. In addition, entering this program, all experienced professionals Cook Chef’s, can certify the knowledge they obtained throughout the years of their occupation in the field. Exams participation requirement, is a five year working experience as a Cook.
The examination process is divided into two separate parts, consisting of written examination and practical examination. In written examination, the candidate is asked to answer 16 development questions. In practical examination, the candidate is asked to act according to a scenario similar to the field of study of this certification. Duration of written examination: 60 minutes. Duration of practical examination: 60 minutes. Success percentage in written examination: 70%. Success percentage in practical examination: 70%. The candidate obtains the certification only if he/she completes successfully both phases of examination process.
