Certified Making Safe Food Handler (CMSFH)

CMSFH certification was designed for the worker-food operator, at any stage of the food production chain he may work (production, storage, distribution, sales) to have the necessary knowledge and skills to handle food satisfying the safely standards.

The candidate is asked to answer 30 closed-ended questions. Duration of examination: 60 minutes. Success rate: 70%.
